Lambing Time Begins

Lambing time has begun, so far we have just 14 lambs but soon the rest of the flock will join in and we will have lots of little lambs skipping around.  The weather is still a bit chilly so the lambs have got their  biodegradable jackets on to give them that little bit more protection from the rain.  They look very cute in their little orange coats!
The snowdrops are all out and the daffodils are starting to shoot soon there will be Spring colours everywhere!
Hopefully the Swallows will return along with the Curlews, we have already seen some Oyster Catchers keeping their eye on us from their vantage points on the dry stone walls.  They seem to like to sit there and watch us whilst we work.
Come and join us, see the animals, enjoy some crisp walks and beautiful scenery then settle down with a hot brew and admire the clear starry skies!
